AI Integration, Who’s Up Next?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is taking the world by storm and jobs of the future are relying on technology to go from good too great to accurate. Thoughtful AI[i] collaborations are revolutionizing how we experience the world. Those who are willing to share their data, depth of knowledge, and unique information will continue to innovate. Whether the automotive industry, supply chain management, or the field of medicine, there are remarkable breakthroughs resulting from AI.

This Month’s Highlights
Unveiling of the C-STEM Free WiFi Little Library Public Art Project
“There are more little ways to enlarge your world. Love of books is the best of all.” — Jacquelyn Kennedy, FLOTUS
The C-STEM Free WiFi Little Library Public Art Project has been unveiled as a proof of concept on how to bridge the digital divide, increase public safety, beautify neighborhoods, increase literacy, and as a way to increase community engagement.
Science and Technology Brain Trust
“Building the Future Today: STEMulating the Next Generation of Leaders,” was this years’ motto for the 26th Annual Science and Technology Brain Trust, held during the 48th Annual Legislative Conference at the Congressional Black Caucus. Lead by Congresswoman Eddie B. Johnson, the overall goal is to expand the opportunities made available to people of color in STEM professions. “I am excited about all of the work being done at our agencies, in the private sector, at advocacy groups, and in schools to help further the goal of more diversity in STEM.” -Congresswoman Eddie B. Johnson
Smithsonian Magazine Day at The Health Museum
To foster wonder and curiosity about health, medical science and the human body, C-STEM and The Health Museum are committed to pushing excellence in innovative and interactive health and science educational experiences among Houstonians with day camps, robotics camps, and birthday parties! Contact us today for more information.
Sum and Substance in 7-minutes
Hosted by the TMC Innovations Institute, Sum and Substance is going forth and doing a good work by empowering greatness, by sharing the stories of great people who have trailblazed to inspire purpose and meaning in the workplace. These stories tell what it means to buck the trends, listen to your gut, fail gloriously, work hard, and find opportunities in inopportune times. Every story is different, and every story offers a challenge. These challenges will propel you as you go forth and do good work.
