Message from Dr. Reagan Flowers
School Bells Toll, Welcome Students
As students start anew this academic year, we don’t want them to wonder about who they are, we want them to know that they are inspiration and celebration. Every student can tap into the drive that is required to take great care of their mind, body, and soul. It is important that they know that their body is the only place they must live.

This Month’s Highlights
Victory Falcons Flying High with C-STEM
Victory Elementary School Integrated C-STEM Training Institute (ICTI) was a great success. It was shared that one of their favorite parts of the training was going through the process as the students will because It allowed them to feel what the students may feel. They also appreciated how at ease we made them feel with the technology and C-STEM’s availability to support them if they ever find that they need to.
Capping off Summer with Robotics
The C-STEM Day camps this summer were so much fun. C-STEM ended the summer with a FREE robotics camp at the East Harris County Empowerment Council.
