Sea Turtle Sculpture Challenge Teacher Training

Inspire creativity, environmental awareness, and teamwork in your classroom. The C-STEM Sea Turtle Sculpture Challenge Teacher Training equips educators with engaging, hands-on strategies to teach students the power of art, design, and STEM education in solving real-world challenges.

Through this training, teachers learn how to guide students in exploring the concept of “social sculpture”—using art as a tool for environmental action and global awareness. Using the Sea Turtle Sculpture Challenge curriculum and toolkit, students will collaborate to design and build sculptures that promote sustainability and ocean conservation.

Participants gain practical tools for integrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) concepts into their classrooms while strengthening team collaboration, creative problem-solving, and project-based learning.
